Tim is an audio post production engineer for The JESUS Film Project. He works not only with the original “JESUS” film, but also with other evangelistic programs from The JESUS Film Project including an audio version of the original film, a children’s version (“The Story of JESUS for Children”), and versions that seek to meet the needs of specific cultural groups. There’s even an anime project in the works!

Tim uses a computer program to clean up the newly recorded translations (removing extraneous vocal and environmental noises) and makes the voices sync properly with the opening and closing of the mouths in the original video. Once the new audio is synced with the existing video, he remixes the entire movie to make the music, sound effects and newly recorded dialogue look and sound as though the movie was originally produced in each new language.
